AwhiTour happening next Sunday
Click here for an AwhiTour programme and map. The screenings of our Landcare slideshow will happen twice during the day - at 10.30am and 12.45pm, in the Awhitu School Pavilion. We are told that this was the kernel from which AwhiTour has developed, so our slideshow had unintended (but most welcome) consequences. Awhitu Landcare volunteers have much to celebrate about their achievements. As do many other groups on the Peninsula. Our community plant nursery (behind the public toilets in Matakawau, just next to the Awhitu School Pavilion) will be open from 9.30am until 2pm - please do come and have a look around.
